Over the past 5 seasons I have worked with Kim using her Mental Strength Coaching System as a massive part of my build up to my Triathlon season and in particular the ITU World Age Group Championships (Gold) and the World Ironman Championships in Hawaii. Through Kim and the training I have learnt how to focus my energy many weeks in advance of a major competition and not to waste time worrying about things I can't control. The positive energy along with a lovely group of people make the session enjoyable leaving you feeling 'energised' at the end of it (even if you are a little tired!).
